The event will also incorporate a parade of classic & exotic machinery.
Each class will consist of a maximum of 40 machines, with 2 motorcycles setting off together at 10 second intervals. Each machine will be timed in order to produce an eventual winner in their respective categories.
During the event, we aim to provide dedicated vehicle parking area’s on site; grandstand seating in strategic positions & controlled viewing area’s in addition to obligatory catering & welfare facilities.
Security and Safety
Approximately, 150 marshals will be deployed around the course to ensure the safety of competitors & spectators alike. The marshals will be specifically selected from a national database of experienced volunteers, who willing devote their time for the love of the sport. A travelling doctor, ambulance crew, trained first aid personnel & rapid response teams will be strategically positioned around the course to deal with accidents & emergencies as they arise.
Commentary provision will be made at various points around the circuit, with each position hosting a commentator & communications equipment. Commentary positions will be based at various points relaying real time action as it happens around the 5.25 mile Welsh RR circuit. TV cameras filming high motion and onboard footage of the Welsh Road Race will also project corporate branding into your front rooms alongside promoting Welsh tourism.
